Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains what Amiara holds when you connect your Meta (Facebook) ad account, how to stop Amiara's access, and how to have that data deleted.

What we hold from Meta

When you connect Meta Ads, Amiara stores:

• An encrypted OAuth access token that lets Amiara read your ad account.
• The ID of the ad account you selected.
• The time the connection was last used.

Ad performance data is requested from Meta when you use it and is not stored by Amiara.

Stop Amiara's access immediately

You can revoke access at any time from Facebook:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings.
2. Open Business Integrations.
3. Find Amiara and choose Remove.

Once removed, the token Amiara holds stops working.

Ask us to delete your data

To have us delete our stored Meta connection and token, and any other data in your Amiara account, email support@amiara.ai from the email address on your account. We will delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
